Delegates visit the model.
Black soldier flies are safe insects, do not carry pathogens like house flies, and are very useful for industrial livestock farming. Black soldier flies have a life cycle of about 45 days, from eggs developing into larvae, then from larvae developing into pupae, from pupae developing into insects and reproducing. Black soldier fly larvae grow very quickly and their food is quite diverse, such as leftovers; food waste such as fruit peels, vegetable peels; agricultural by-products: beer dregs, soybean dregs, etc. Before the pupal stage, black soldier fly larvae are very rich in nutrients such as: Protein, fat, calcium, phosphorus, so they are very good for animal feed. This model of raising black soldier flies from agricultural by-products and organic waste can be widely applied in the community. This model helps farmers develop the economy, create clean, safe, quality products and also helps protect the environment. The process of raising black soldier flies contributes to the decomposition of organic waste and does not create any unpleasant odors in the surrounding environment.
